The Portal – Bellingham’s Container Village Opening May 3

The official opening day for The Portal is May 3, 2024. The Port of Bellingham continues to open new businesses and facilities around the pump-track and waterfront for locals and visitors to enjoy. Along with Sun-E-Land Bikes, the Portal also has the Trackside Beer Garden, DISH Cafe, Selkie Scoop for ice cream as well as a new wine bar (Bin 39) and Pizzeria (Zeeks).

In addition to the regular businesses and activities happening in Bellingham, May is Bike month in the City of Subdued Excitement. May 5 features the city bike parade with other bike related events occuring all month culminating with May 17 Bike to work and school day.
